Mary Njoku, a Nollywood actress and film producer, believes that the female fan who sexually molested singer Ruger on stage should face legal prosecution.
Ruger, a prominent Nigerian singer, was reportedly sexually assaulted by a female fan while singing on stage.
Ruger was playing his smash hit -DIOR- when a lady lost her cool and grabbed Ruger’s manhood.
Ruger was taken aback by her actions and remained immobile, staring at the unrepentant lady who continued to dance to the tune.
Mary Njoku responded in a post on her verified Instagram page, saying that the woman should be arrested for sexual assault.
According to her,
“To know the extent of one’s ignorance is to have true knowledge.” Sexual assault should be prosecuted against the girl. He is a living being.”
Meanwhile, Oladips, a Nigerian musician, has claimed that his colleague Ruger is to blame for the female fan’s sexual assault on stage.
Ruger’s obscene lyrics about sex, according to Oladips, prompted the fan to sexually assault him.
“Ruger dey sing all those bad boy songs ‘your pum pum something something, 9ja Boy I dey knack anything e.t.c, and expect the girls dem to see him as a pastor Joshua or something ? Some of your female fans go done even lowkey fantasize you on top of the them…My mans if I am to judge this with some of your xxx lyrics, nah you dey at fault for misleading them girls, No preach wetin you no fit practice brah”.
