Osun State government mandates use of face mask

Osun State government mandates the use of face mask in the state.

As states in Nigeria take various steps to curb the spread of COVID-19, the Osun state has joined some other states to make the use of face mask mandatory.

This was made known by the state Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, stating that use of face mask in public places by residents, is now mandatory.

In a statement released on Thursday afternoon, April 23, the state governor said the mandatory use of facemask will take effect from Friday April 24th.
